MaxLite, a leading provider lighting and controls, today announced the appointment of Kyle Shane as Vice President of Strategic Accounts, National Distribution, underscoring the company’s commitment to national distribution as a core pillar of its growth strategy.
In her new role, Shane will lead MaxLite’s national distribution strategy, focusing on expanding and strengthening strategic distributor partnerships, accelerating revenue growth, and supporting the company’s continued expansion across the lighting and controls market.
Shane brings more than 22 years of sales and leadership experience across the medical, commercial construction, and consulting sectors. Over the past decade, she has held senior leadership roles overseeing high-performing sales organizations and managing multi-million-dollar account portfolios. Her career has been marked by a strong track record of developing scalable growth strategies, optimizing account performance, and aligning customer needs with organizational objectives.

Shane holds a B.A. in International Business and Relations from The Ohio State University and will be based in Washington State.
