Robroy Industries Raceway Division has announced the promotion of Chris Caldwell to National Sales Manager, a culmination of more than two decades of service to the company.
Caldwell, who joined Robroy 21 years ago, has been instrumental in shaping the Raceway Division’s modern sales organization. Throughout his tenure, he has been dedicated to building and strengthening customer relationships, helping Robroy earn a longstanding reputation for delivering quality, people-first customer service.
In his new role, Caldwell will oversee all aspects of the Raceway Division’s national sales strategy. By guiding a growing team of professionals across business development, project sales, and channel management, and advancing the implementation of Sales Process Engineering (SPE), he will contribute to the company’s overall goal of driving scalable growth.
“Chris has consistently demonstrated the kind of leadership and strategic focus that define Robroy,” said Steve Voelzke, President and COO of Robroy Industries. “He has an exceptional understanding of our customers, our partners, and the market. His ability to lead with integrity, prioritize relationships, and translate strategy into action makes him the ideal person to guide our sales organization into its next chapter of growth.”
Caldwell’s promotion comes as part of Robroy’s long-term leadership strategy to ensure stability and continuity across its commercial operations. The move also supports the growth of the sales team, which includes several new roles focusing on generating demand, optimizing sales process effectiveness, and providing strategic insights into an ever-changing market.
“Robroy has always stood for innovation, reliability, and trust,” Caldwell said. “I’m proud to continue that legacy and to lead a team that shares those values. Together, we’re focused on deepening customer partnerships, driving demand through smarter processes, and creating solutions that protect our customers from failure. That’s what Robroy has always done best.”
