Robroy Industries Raceway Division is excited to announce the appointment of Milena Solis as the new Product Line Manager. With over 17 years of experience in product management and a proven track record of success, Solis is set to bring a wealth of expertise and innovation to the role.
Solis joins Robroy Industries from Atkore, where she excelled as a Product Manager. During her tenure, she led several high-impact product launches with budgets exceeding $1 million, consistently surpassing revenue expectations. Solis played a pivotal role in growing the international market, particularly in Latin America, through the introduction of new products and effective marketing campaigns. Her strategic vision and ability to execute have made her a standout leader in the industry.
Prior to her time at Atkore, Solis held key product management roles at Panduit and Federal Signal Corporation. At Panduit, she was instrumental in growing market share and optimizing product profit and loss, resulting in a 49% increase in growth. Her contributions included leading successful projects with multimillion-dollar budgets and spearheading innovations that significantly boosted revenue.
