Milwaukee® Introduces Women’s Workwear, Redefining Expectations of Durability and Comfort for Women in the Trades

Building on their workwear collections announced in 2023, Milwaukee enhances their workwear portfolio to include women’s jobsite apparel. This new expansion combines the performance and comfort tradeswomen need on the job in an optimally tailored fit. Committed to supporting the impact of women in the trades, Milwaukee is redefining women’s apparel offering jobsite built, to conquer real work solutions that meet the demands of women in the trades.

“Despite seeing significant increases of tradeswomen across industries in recent years, their options for sufficient jobsite apparel have remained stagnant,” Nadia Sinner, Milwaukee Product Manager. “Through working directly with tradeswomen to uncover their frustrations with current jobsite apparel, Milwaukee is delivering solutions specifically tailored for women on the job. Our design process consists of extensive jobsite research, product seeding and rigorous product testing to ensure durable apparel that is fitted and designed specifically for tradeswomen by tradeswomen.”

Redefining expectations for women’s workwear, Milwaukee is introducing three new shirts, a sweatshirt and
two pairs of pants for women on the jobsite. A part of the workwear collections, GRIDIRON™, FREEFLEX™ and WORKSKIN™, these solutions are dedicated to solving frustrations in comfort, movement and protection from the elements. This initial expansion for women’s workwear includes additions to the GRIDIRON™ and FREEFLEX™ collections with future plans to expand the WORKSKIN™ collection. These products are engineered with a focus on the trades, ensuring apparel to benefit productivity in all jobsite conditions.
