Orange Network is iTOOLco’s new training and knowledge platform, and it’s the foundation of something bigger the company is calling Orange Tool Support; a full support ecosystem that will eventually bring together training, technical help, troubleshooting, product documentation, and so much more in one place. For now, Orange Network is where that vision starts: a hub of on-demand courses, certifications, and safety trainings built specifically around iTOOLco’s cable pullers, wire carts, jack stands, and the rest of the product line.

Why Sign Up?
Electricians and crews learn best by doing, but “doing” without guidance is expensive. Orange Network exists to cut down on wasted time, reduce mistakes, and make sure everyone, from a brand-new apprentice to a ten-year field guy, is working off the same accurate information.
Simply put:
- New hires and apprentices learn faster with structured, on-demand modules instead of relying on jobsite shadowing or whatever knowledge happens to get passed down.
- Safety improves when everyone gets the same training on proper tool use and procedures, instead of picking up habits secondhand.
- Productivity goes up because crews spend less time puzzling over a new piece of equipment and more time actually getting work done.
- Mistakes get easy to avoid, improper setup, installation errors, and equipment damage all cost real money, and training is cheaper than rework.
- Knowledge gets standardized. It doesn’t matter which supervisor trained you or which location you work out of; everyone gets the same instruction.
- Career development gets a boost. Certifications and training records give electricians something concrete to point to as they grow in the trade.

What is The 3i Principle?
iTOOLco frames the whole platform around three ideas: Inform, Instruct, Integrate. It’s the kind of thing that could easily read as marketing fluff, but it actually maps pretty well to how the platform is structured.
Inform is the base layer — product specs, application guides, safety documentation, the stuff you need before you ever pick up a tool. The goal is that when someone has a question, the answer is already sitting there instead of a phone call away.
Instruct is where the actual training lives. This is the video-based courses, product demonstrations, and certification tests — the part of the platform that turns “I read about this tool” into “I know how to run this tool safely.”
Integrate is the long game. Pulling all of the learning and resources you gather and putting it to work in the field. Making your team more successful and reducing downtime for your tools in the field by preventing unnecessary damage.
What’s Actually in the Courses?
Orange Network courses cover the ins and outs of individual pieces of equipment. Cable pullers, wire carts, material handling tools, and so on. Depending on the product, training might touch on:
- Product features and benefits
- Installation best practices
- Safety considerations
- Product applications
- Troubleshooting techniques
- Sales and product knowledge
Some products only need a single course to get certified. Others have multi-part training, and users are required to complete every course tied to a product before they’re considered fully certified on it; no skipping the boring modules to get to the quiz.
Once a course is finished (every module, video, and assessment completed) it shows as done in the user’s transcript, and a downloadable certificate of completion is generated. Progress saves automatically, so nobody has to worry about losing their place if they get pulled onto a job halfway through a module.

Who It’s For?
Orange Network is open to electrical contractors, distributors, sales professionals, manufacturers’ representatives, and other industry partners. Basically anyone who wants a better handle on iTOOLco products and how they’re used in the field. That includes:
- Electrical contractors
- Apprentices and new hires
- Foremen and supervisors
- Safety managers
- Training coordinators
- Distributor sales teams
For distributors and employers, there’s an added benefit: organizations can monitor employee enrollments, completions, and certifications, so managers actually have a way to verify that training happened rather than just taking someone’s word for it.
Getting Started Is Genuinely Simple.
Users head to the Orange Network site, hit “Sign Up,” and work through a short registration: email address, basic contact info, a password, and then a selection of primary group (Contractor, Distributor, or Rep Agency) along with company name and job title.
From there, it’s a matter of navigating to the desired Learning Categories, picking the category a product falls under (Cable Pullers, Jack Stands, Rope & Accessories, and so on), selecting the specific product, and hitting Enroll. Each course walks through its sections in order, finishes with certification questions, and once all of those are answered correctly, the results get submitted and the certificate becomes available for download.

If something goes sideways along the way; login trouble, a course that won’t mark complete, whatever it might be — support is available through the site’s menu bar or by reaching iTOOLco’s team directly.

The Bigger Picture
iTOOLco isn’t trying to teach generic trade skills; they’re trying to make sure that every person who picks up one of their tools, whether they’ve used it for ten years or ten minutes, knows exactly how to run it safely and get the most out of it. And as Orange Tool Support expands, this training library is meant to be the first piece of a much larger support system — one where an already award winning support team makes it even easier to take care of their customers.
For now, though, it’s a straightforward value proposition: better-trained crews, fewer costly mistakes, and standard training for you and your crew.
